1. Return Eligibility & Window

To maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Criteria: The product is damaged, defective, missing parts, or significantly different from the description.

  • Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.

  • Proof of Damage: A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product/packaging are mandatory to process your claim.

2. Product Condition for Returns

For a return to be approved, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Kept in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Free from any signs of wear or assembly (for toys requiring setup).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items used or damaged by the customer after delivery.

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., teethers, pacifiers, personal care).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

4. Marketplace & Dropshipping Orders

ToysWoys operates as a hybrid marketplace.

  • Third-Party Sellers: Some products are fulfilled by independent vendors. While ToysWoys facilitates the process, return approval may be subject to the specific seller's verification.

  • Dropshipping: For items shipped directly from global or domestic suppliers, a physical pickup may not always be available. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund as a resolution.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse (or the vendor's facility).

  • Approval: If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refund Mode: The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided as Store Credit/Coupon, depending on the situation.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

6. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will prioritize a free replacement, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is handed over to our logistics partner.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, shipping and return charges may be deducted from your refund.

8. Important Disclaimers

  • Color Variations: Slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting; these are not considered defects.

  • Logistics Delays: While we aim for speed, delays caused by courier partners are not grounds for a refund.
