What you need
GSTIN
A valid GST registration for your business. Shown on your invoices and payout statements.
BIS certificate (toys)
Under the Toys (Quality Control) Order, toys for children under 14 must carry the ISI mark under a valid BIS licence. Please share your licence/certificate for each toy range.
PAN
PAN of the business or proprietor, for tax records and payout statements.
Bank account
A current or savings account in the business/proprietor name, with a cancelled cheque or bank letter, for weekly payouts.
Product images
Clear photos of each product on a plain background (front, back, details, size/age label). Square images of at least 1000 × 1000 px work best.
Product details
Title, MRP and selling price, age range, sizes/colours, material, dimensions/weight, and HSN code for each product.
Commission & payouts

- Commission is a percentage of the selling price and depends on the category. Your exact rates are in your seller agreement.
- GST applies on the commission as per law.
- Payment gateway charges and, where applicable, GST TCS and income-tax TDS on e-commerce sales are shown separately in your statement.
- Payouts are made weekly by bank transfer, with an order-wise statement.
Seller FAQ
Who can sell on ToysWoys?
Brands, manufacturers and authorised resellers of products for children aged 0–17, with a valid GSTIN. We review every application before onboarding.
How much commission do you charge?
Commission from 15% (category-wise, shared on onboarding). The exact rate for each of your categories is written in your seller agreement before any product goes live. GST applies on the commission as per law.
How and when do I get paid?
Customers pay ToysWoys at checkout. We pay out weekly by bank transfer to your registered account. Each payout comes with a statement listing the orders, commission, fees and any tax deductions. The order cut-off for each payout (for example, after delivery and the return window) is explained during onboarding.
Do I need to install an app or use a seller dashboard?
No. Our team adds and updates your products in the ToysWoys store using the photos and details you send. You can ask us for changes to price, stock or details at any time.
Do my toys need BIS certification?
Yes, if they are toys for children under 14 sold in India. Under the Toys (Quality Control) Order, such toys must conform to the relevant Indian Standards and carry the ISI mark under a valid BIS licence. We don't list toys without valid BIS details. Products that are not toys (for example clothing or books) don't need a toy BIS licence, but other rules may apply to them.
What about GST TCS and TDS?
Where the law requires it, ToysWoys as an e-commerce operator collects TCS under Section 52 of the CGST Act and deducts income-tax TDS on e-commerce sales (Section 393 of the Income-tax Act, 2025, earlier Section 194-O) from your payouts. Any such amount is shown in your payout statement so you can claim credit for it. Please check how this applies to your business with your CA.
Who handles shipping and returns?
Dispatch timelines, shipping and returns handling are agreed with each seller during onboarding and written in the seller agreement. Customer return requests follow the ToysWoys returns policy.
Which categories can I sell in?
Toys, Teen & Hobby, Kids Clothing, Footwear, School & Stationery, Books and Baby. If your product is for kids but doesn't fit these, mention it in the message box on the form.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Submitting an application is free. All charges (commission and any fees) are written in your seller agreement, and you agree to them before any product goes live.
