Shipping policy

This policy explains how and where ToysWoys orders are shipped, what it costs and how long it takes.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery is subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code. You can check this at checkout.

2. Shipping charges

  • Standard shipping: ₹379 per order, unless a different charge is shown at checkout.
  • Because ToysWoys is a multi-seller marketplace, shipping charges may vary by Seller, product size/weight and delivery location. If your order contains products from more than one Seller, separate shipping charges may apply for each Seller's shipment. The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
  • From time to time, we or our Sellers may announce free shipping offers or minimum order thresholds. These will be clearly shown on the Platform or at checkout and are subject to their own terms.

3. Delivery timelines

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch for most locations.
  • Sellers usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Dispatch times may be longer for made-to-order or personalised items, which will be mentioned on the product page.
  • Remote areas, hilly regions, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep may take longer.
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, festivals, strikes, courier issues or other events beyond our control. We will keep you updated if there is a delay.

4. Multiple shipments

If your order has products from different Sellers, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us at toyswoysworld@gmail.com or +91 8947845668 for an update.

6. Delivery

  • Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
  • The courier may call you before delivery. If delivery fails after the courier's attempts, the parcel may be returned to the Seller. For prepaid orders, we will refund the product price; the shipping charge may be deducted where the failure was due to incorrect details or the recipient being unavailable or refusing delivery.
  • Please check the parcel at delivery. Do not accept a parcel that is visibly tampered with or badly damaged. If you notice damage after opening, please record an unboxing video or take photos and contact us as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Cash on delivery

Where cash on delivery (COD) is offered, it will be shown at checkout. COD may not be available for all products, Sellers, order values or PIN codes.

8. Taxes and duties

All prices include applicable GST. As we ship only within India, there are no customs duties.
